I have played around with fabric greeting cards and post cards. Used fabric with a print on it then embroidered around the print. I was thrilled in the way they have come out. When finished I place then on card. Have a look

3rd Place

A few years back I entered a competition through QCMagOnline and won 3rd prize in the beginners section. Theme "Gardens of Delight". I had to pick apart of the item as the main part, as you can see I chose the spiderweb attached to flowers - the item was a free theme and didn't have to be a purse but that was my choice.
