Digi Choosday Challenge - WK 20

Our new challenge is starting soon.  For this week our theme is "Button" so I have made my card with one of the beautiful Winston Bear Images.  I have some beautiful bear buttons so added them to my card.  I hope you like it. - My card being a 3 fold creation.
