Infused Glitter Technique

Here are two different techniques of Infused Glitter - one using ink stamps and the other with 3d stickers. The one with ink stamps I used alcohol ink pens to do the background. The 3d sticker I used Distress water markers.

Bestie on a Swing - "Runner Up Besties Challenge"

This is the last lesson for my Copic 2 Class - colouring with two different colours, I also put a soft background in the marbleizing technique. My background card was sprayed with Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays Starburst using glossy card stock with plastic wrap placed onto the card stock before it dried this give a lovely effect, I was very happy with this project.

I have been wanting to make a tall fancy box with an image of Magnolia Tilda on it since I saw Julie Price's one a few weeks ago, so here it is. Magnolia Tilda with Rose. I hope you like it.

Background - Blowing Alcohol Ink

This is my first attempt at using alcohol ink glowing through a straw. I used a large hole straw and wasn't very happy with the way it has come out so will change my cardstock and use a smaller hole straw and having another go.

Background Made with Sea Salt and Lindy's Stamp Gang Strays

I watched a video Tutorial from Kate Palmer on doing this lovely background technique - I used Moon Shadow Mist Violaceous Violet, Glitz Spritz Cactus Gold, Star Burst Blue Hawaiian Blue, Sea Salt and common salt. It has come out amazing, I love it.

Faux Watercolour Background - Using Alcohol Ink

Hello there this is a card I have made for my colouring and background classes. I had to use green tonings plus do a background in the Faux technique it looks like a water colour technique but is done with alcohol inks and not water colour products. It has come out rather lovely have a look and let me know what you think.

Today I have made 4 Halloween Treat Boxes for my Grandchildren - the Silhouette Studio had all the Halloween cutouts on sale so I decided I would made some goodie treat boxes - here is a picture of them they look so neat.

I just love the Magnolia Tilda stamps and with learning how to colour and blend through Suzanne Dean's classes I am enjoying them even more. I learn't a lot through Suzanne's classes. I am wanting to enter this lovely creation into the Downunder webpage which I have just joined. Hugs A

Colouring Black Hair - Class with Suzanne Dean

As apart of my Colouring and Blending Class I had to do Black Hair using alcoholic markers - after doing the colouring with the markers I stamped the image again on Japaneses Washie paper and cut out the dress and glued it to my image - I think my images have come out rather nice.

Tilda with Hearts

I purchased this lovely stamp from "Tildatown" and it came out just beautiful - stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured it with alcoholic markers and then used a heart stencil to finish - this was for a class I am doing on background techniques.

New Class - Backgrounds with Marie Gamber - 1st Lesson Marbleizing

I just could not resist this class and it's amazing I have just finish the first lesson on Marbleizing the background with alcohol markers a easy technique but what a lovely effect it give to your background. Here is my card with the marbleizing background.

Lindy's Stamp Gang Challenge 8/2/2013

I made this tag last week with Lindy's Stamp Gang products, so lovely to us I love them very much - Using Starburst Sprays and Mica Powder. I saw a lovely video that Kate Palmer showed using the Mica Powder with the versamark ink pads and what a beautiful effect you get so I am entering it into this weeks challenge. Starburst colours Cosmopolitan Pink and Blue Hawaiian Blue and the Magical Mica Powder is Ramblibn' Rose Pink. I used the Starburst sprays for my background using Kate's technique and the large and small flowers I used the Magical Mica Powder. Added gold/brace items flowers and ribbon to decorate my tag.

Lindy's Stamp Gang Challenge

I'd like to enter this card into the challenge as you can see by my first post I have used 2 products from Lindy's Stamp Gang 19/07/2013 I am new to Lindy's Stamp Gang and really love all the products. At first I had some trouble but now I have worked the sprays out. I'd like to entry this challenge. I have made a card with one of Spray sets, Cocoa Bean Copper and Mission Bells Brown Sprayburst and added some of Tim Holtz Inks and an assortment of stamps

A new craft for me - CARD MAKING - 2013

It has been such a long time since I have posted anything on my page. I have a new craft Card Making with amazing techniques. Since March this year I have fallen in love with card making and paper craft and have learn't so much. I still love my embroidery and Crazy Quilting but have put them aside at present to do my new craft. I found Stamp TV - Gina K webpage and haven't looked back, Gina's stamps etc are amazing and I have loved the weekly challenge and all the videos that pass on these great techniques. Also the great internet shops with so many supplies, Simon Says Stamps. Lynda's Stamp Gang, Scottie Crafts and Scrapbooing Downunder to mention some. I also have learn't a lot from Tim Holtz's technique videos plus I want to thank Kate Palmer for her help and the amazing technique videos she does with all the Lynda's Stamp Gang products amazing and so beautiful when using them with your card making. With Simon Says Stamps I have just found out that they have weekly challenges so I am going to entry this weeks challenge "Anything Goes". Now I will upload some of my cards for all to see.
